Many companies are named after animals and their logos are inspired from them. This blog post attempts to document as many such logos, products and company names as possible.
The reason behind naming a company or making a logo after an animal is that it leads to better associations and building a good brand identity. People tend to associate masculinity, power and speed with the big cats, eagles, vultures, bulls, crocodiles etc. therefore cars, shoe companies, biscuits encash on their names. Similarly, beauty products are associated with elegance therefore the company Dove does justice to them. I haven't been able to cover all obviously. :P

It is a very user friendly software making it very easy to switch between the orthographic view and the isometric view. It is based on NURBS mathematical model and developed by Robert McNeel & Associates.
